    Apologies. The Morgan family is confusing. This J.S. Morgan was the son of J.P. Morgan Jr. The original Junius Spencer Morgan was J.P. Morgan Sr.'s father, the great grandfather of this particular J.S. Morgan.

    I could be wrong, but I think the ruins you visited were north of Welwyn. The preserve doesn't go over this far. The area marked was part of the Babbott estate(Pratt), now developed for private homes.

    The boundaries of this former estate are drawn to wide. It looks like you've included Poplar Hill, now Glengariff and the Babbett estate.
